Note: DJs do not need to log in or create an account for their public Twitch data to appear in the directory. We collect public stream information from anyone streaming FFXIV with venue information in their title.
3. How We Use Your Data
Authentication
- To verify you are who you say you are
- To link your Twitch account to your DJ/venue profiles
Features
- To display your DJ/venue profile in the directory
- To show you relevant DJs and venues based on your preferences
- To track achievements and stats
- To enable the "favorite" system
Administration
- To review and approve DJ/venue submissions
- To moderate content and enforce rules
- To ban users who violate terms or abuse the platform
Analytics
- To understand how the site is used
- To improve features and performance
- We do not sell your data to advertisers
4. User Content & Submissions
What You Can Submit
- DJs who stream FFXIV music content
- Venues that host DJs in FFXIV
- Accurate information about yourself (if you're a DJ)
What You Cannot Submit
- Fake or impersonated DJs
- Venues that don't exist
- Inaccurate or misleading information
- Content that violates Twitch's Terms of Service
- Harassment or hate speech
Ownership
- You retain ownership of your content (DJ name, logos, etc.)
- By submitting, you give us permission to display it in the directory
- We may edit submissions for formatting or accuracy
5. Account Management
Verification
- DJs can verify their identity by linking their Twitch account
- Venue owners can claim their venue by contacting admins
- We reserve the right to verify or reject any claim
Bans & Suspensions
We may ban or suspend accounts that:
- Submit false information
- Impersonate others
- Abuse the submission system
- Violate these terms
- Are ignored/banned by the community (for streamers who don't actually DJ)
6. Disclaimers
No Guarantees
- We don't guarantee that DJs will be online when listed
- Venue information may be outdated
- We don't verify every submission in real-time
- The site may have downtime or technical issues
Not Affiliated With
- Square Enix (FFXIV)
- Twitch
- Any DJ or venue listed
Your Responsibility
- DJs are responsible for their own Twitch streams and content
- Venue owners are responsible for their venue information
- Users are responsible for their own conduct
7. Data Retention & Deletion
How Long We Keep Data
- Active Accounts: Indefinitely while you use the service
- Deleted Accounts: We remove personal data within 30 days of deletion request
- Submissions: Approved DJ/venue data remains in the directory unless deleted by admins
- Analytics: Aggregated, anonymized data may be kept longer
How to Delete Your Data
Contact an Admin via Discord (Eggoless) to request account deletion.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. We'll post the new version here with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
